REST API (or another type) that enables external companies to pay Spritz to offer crypto-based Bill Pay features for their clients.
1) Vendors pay per-transaction based rates for service (or other means).
2) Permissioned API - only clients KYC/AML/OFAC compliant processes can participate: clients verified/approved/onboarded by Spritz.
3) Client sends:
  • Client info
  • Client platform’s unique identifier for their user
  • Destination [Payee & Acct #]
  • Amount Paid
4) Spritz provides address for user to send crypto or tokens to fulfills the payment (or fulfills trade by other means)
Introduces a reoccurring revenue stream and a means to continue offering free self-custodied crypto bill-pay for hardware/software-based wallet users, while introducing the platform to new clients at CEX’s.
Saves consumers on transaction fees, negating the cost from having to transfer from CEX to wallet, then to Spritz.
The payer & vendor share the bill-pay fees. Vendor wins because their clients may buy more assets and keep more crypto on their platform, increasing business. Payer wins by being able to de-bank themselves, bill-pay directly from a platform they already know and trust. Spritz wins as it gives them the means to raise capital through reoccuring revenue streams, get new customers, introduce users to the non-CEX (self-custodied) interface.
Option for branded vs non-branded implementations.
